The Westbury Hotel houses a traditional Butler service that is quintessentially English.  Guests receive an exquisite yet unobtrusive service throughout their stay. The Butler acts as a personal assistant and is on call to assist with the guests arrival, day to day activities and any special requirements to ensure the guests feel every extra effort has been be made to enhance their experience at The Westbury. No request is too much, bringing unrivalled luxury to your stay.

Butler Service Includes:

• Booking all transportation, to and from restaurants, bars and other relevant activities
• Manage check-in and out procedures, guests go directly to rooms
• Unpack and pack the guests belongings and maintain the wardrobe for both Ladies and Gentlemen
• Organize guests diary for the duration of the stay at The Westbury
• Manage all laundry for guests including cleaning, pressing and shoe maintenance
• The balcony is maintained by the Butler, with cleaning and flower maintenance
• The Butler will offer their services to be a ‘personal shopper’ for the guest. A unique service where the Butler will shop for the guests  or escort the guest in the close vicinity to assist with bag carrying while they shop
