The menu is created by Executive Chef Andrew Jones, a Roux scholar and certainly one of the great talents of world cooking. The Artisan restaurant showcases Jones’ innovative cuisine in visually warm and quietly sensual surroundings. Seasonally sourced food provides the raw ingredients for Jones who curates some of the most exciting plates in London.
