Michelin Rated Restaurants In London

Luxury dining experience

After years spent learning the trade under Gordon Ramsay and later perfecting it at The Berkeley with Marcus Wareing, born and bred Londoner Chef Alyn Williams opened his eponymous restaurant at the Westbury in late 2011. Within the first six months of opening its doors it was awarded its first Michelin Star, followed by the very prestigious four AA Red Rosette Award, an impressive top ranking in the UK’s 100 Best Restaurants and National Chef of the Year award for Alyn.

With 45 seats, Alyn Williams at The Westbury offers an intimate and elegant setting coupled with exquisite dishes sourced from local farms and artisan British producers. The striking Wine Salon surrounded by 600 bottles of wine, is an atmospheric, glass-enclosed room within the restaurant, affording privacy but allowing guests to witness the busy dining room. Accommodating parties for up to 10 people around a handsome honeyed glass table, guests can indulge in a bespoke menu designed on the spot by Chef Alyn himself entirely based on the wines they have selected for the evening.

Sushi fans are also in for a treat, under the guidance of Head Chef Show Choong the red wood, sleek 20-seat Tsukiji Sushi Restaurant serves Japanese fusion with a twist of Mayfair. Translation? Gorgeous dishes such as the popular Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab, Octopus Carpaccio with radish, fennel and a truffle mustard-miso dressing and a Chef’s tasting menu specially paired with Dom Perignon for those seeking the ultimate dining experience.
