After years spent learning the trade under Gordon Ramsay and later perfecting it at The Berkeley with Marcus Wareing, born and bred Londoner Chef Alyn Williams opened his eponymous restaurant at the Westbury in late 2011. Within the first six months of opening its doors it was awarded its first Michelin Star, followed by the very prestigious four AA Red Rosette Award, an impressive top ranking in the UK’s 100 Best Restaurants and National Chef of the Year award for Alyn.
