Alyn Williams at the Westbury Hotel is a fine dining restaurant. Alyn was head chef at the two Michelin starred restaurants Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley for the last five years. He will now bring his own style of fine food and friendly service to Mayfair. We will be offering different dining options. The main dining room seats up to 45 guests, while we also have the Aspen Room, a beautiful private dining room for up to 16 guests. The whole restaurant is also available for exclusive hire. Alyn has designed a selection of specialized menus to suit different tastes and budgets. The restaurant manager is Giancarlo Princigalli, previously manager at Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley.
The highlight of our dining room is the unique Wine Salon. Up to eight guests can dine, whilst surrounded by some of the world’s finest wines. Our Head Sommelier Alex Gilbert will lend his expertise in selecting your wines, while Alyn and his kitchen team will create a bespoke menu to complement your selection.
